Using vapor corrosion inhibitor technology, the bubbles protect a variety of metals, including carbon steel, aluminum, copper, brass, silver & stainless steels, without leaving film or residue on parts. In addition, Cor-Park VCI bubbles protect sensitive electronic equipment from triboelectric charge generation. They are non-toxic and recyclable. All Cor-Pak VCI Bubble products are custom sized.

VCI-126 Series High Technology Anti-Corrosion Films

. . . provides one step corrosion protection and packaging. Sealing products in Cortec VCI films protects metal parts from all types of corrosion including rust, tarnish, stains, white rust and oxidation for up to 5 years. Cortec VCI films replace conventional rust preventatives such as oils and desiccants and save money because they eliminate all the degreasing or coating removal process required in the past. The transparent film makes it easy to identify parts. Because the VCI films from Cortec do not contain amines, phosphates or chromates, they are environmentally acceptable for use and safer than traditional corrosion inhibitors. Cortec VCI film is heat sealable and can be used with all types of manual or automated heat-seal packaging and equipment.

VCI-130 Series Impregnated Foams . . .
